Descriptions of products, volumes, prices and lead times are given for information. They are confirmed only in a signed proforma invoice, order or contract.
Quotes and proforma invoices
A request sent through the website does not create a contract. Proforma invoices are valid for the period stated on them, do not constitute a title of ownership, and become binding only once accepted in writing by both parties.
Shipment tracking
Tracking information is updated by our team and given for information. Dates may change with border, customs or road conditions. Keep your tracking code confidential: anyone who has it can see the shipment status.
